This Privacy Policy explains how StoryRadar collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit storyradar.io, use the StoryRadar platform, portals, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

When you register, apply, book a call, subscribe, complete onboarding, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, Instagram handle, billing details, and any information you submit through forms, applications, or support requests.
1.2 Account and Connection Data. When you or your End Clients connect a social media account to the Platform, we collect the credentials, tokens, account identifiers, targeting selections, configurations, and content necessary to provide the Services.
1.3 Payment Information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction and billing details from our processors.
1.4 Usage and Device Data. We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies.
1.5 Communications. We collect the content of communications you send us, including emails, messages, and call notes.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect functionality. Some pages include affiliate tracking parameters used to attribute referrals.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where StoryRadar processes personal data of End Clients or their followers on your behalf, StoryRadar acts as a service provider/processor and you act as the controller/business under applicable law. You are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for processing, providing required notices, obtaining required consents, and responding to data subject requests relating to that data.
The Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
