StoryRadar Affiliate Program

Thank you for your interest in becoming a StoryRadar affiliate! By participating in the StoryRadar Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The StoryRadar Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting StoryRadar, a web-based software designed for Instagram growth. Affiliates will receive 18% commission on all sales generated through their unique referral links. Commissions are paid via Whop.com.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To join the StoryRadar Affiliate Program, affiliates must apply through Whop.com, where they will receive a unique referral link to promote StoryRadar. All applications are subject to review and approval by StoryRadar.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a StoryRadar affiliate, you agree to:

• Actively promote StoryRadar through ethical and legal means.
• Use the unique referral link provided by Whop.com to track sales.
• Avoid any misleading or false claims about StoryRadar or its services.
• Ensure that all promotional content complies with local laws and regulations.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn an 18% commission on all sales generated through their referral link. The commission will be calculated based on the net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, or any other fees).

Commissions will be paid through Whop.com on a regular basis, subject to the following conditions:

• The referred customer must complete a successful purchase using the affiliate's referral link.
• No refunds or chargebacks are initiated within the refund period.
• Commissions will be forfeited for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

5. Payments

Commissions are paid out through Whop.com. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive their earnings. StoryRadar reserves the right to delay or withhold payments in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

6. Promotional Content & Partnerships

In addition to affiliate commissions, StoryRadar may offer compensation to affiliates or creators for specific promotional content (such as videos, blog posts, or social media campaigns). These terms will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Affiliates interested in such opportunities should contact us at creators@quantumhorizons.io.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Spamming or using unsolicited emails to promote StoryRadar.
• Misleading customers with false claims or deceptive practices.
• Using their referral link for self-purchases.
• Engaging in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising that competes with StoryRadar’s own marketing efforts.

Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions.

8. Termination

StoryRadar reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Any violation of these terms will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions and may lead to legal action.

9. Relationship of Parties

Participation in the StoryRadar Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership between you and StoryRadar. You are considered an independent contractor for all purposes.

10. Modification of Terms

StoryRadar reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
